Bishop Robert J. Bolton, Jr. serves as the Founder and Senior Servant of One Accord Christian Church in Newburgh, NY, and is the visionary behind One Accord Community Cares, Inc. These ministries are deeply committed to the mission of Jesus Christ, actively reaching beyond the four walls of the church to bring the ‘Good News’ of salvation to those in need and ministering to the ‘Total Man’!

In addition to his pastoral work, Bishop Bolton is an accomplished author, having published his first Christian novel, "Blocking My View," which is now a stage play. The novel is currently on multiple platforms like Amazon and Barnes & Noble. He is also the Presiding Bishop and founder of Gifted Ministries Fellowship International, a network dedicated to convening, counseling, capacity building, and supporting leaders and ministries. Bishop Bolton holds the position Vice President of the Christian Ministerial Fellowship of Newburgh, NY and Vicinity.

Bishop Bolton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Religion and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry. An Air Force veteran who served during Desert Storm, he has held various leadership roles in the ‘Ministry Marketplace’ career and now serves as the President of The Interchurch Center, a 600,00 square foot office building in NYC that is aiding and collaborating with other mission-driven non-profit organizations to make a major impact globally. Robert’s faith and commitment to God are largely influenced by the fervent prayers of his late mother, Elizabeth Knight.

Bishop Bolton is thankful for his wife, Executive Pastor Lady Lashelle Bolton, who partners with him in multiple endeavors and mentoring and ministering to those open to receiving the love of Jesus. Together, they have a blended family of five children and are dedicated to supporting married couples, demonstrating that the union of marriage can exemplify love, trust, and ministry through God’s grace.
